I recently moved to a new area and was looking for someone to watch my three dogs and one hermit crab while I went on a long-planned trip to New Zealand. I cannot board my dogs because two can be aggressive with other dogs. I could not find a dog sitter who lived close enough to watch my dogs, and, since I was going to be gone over the Thanksgiving holiday, it was even more difficult. I was extremely anxious about 1) not knowing anyone in the area who I could ask to watch my dogs, and 2) being so far away from home if something happened if I DID find someone. A friend (who is also a dog walker/sitter) happened to know of Becca and connected us. THANK GOD. Becca came over and did the initial meet and greet visit with my dogs. She spent a great deal of time with them and me, going over information on each dog. It is clear that she loves animals and has a deep and rare connection with them. She is very conscientious and thorough. She will ask you questions about your animals that you never even thought of. I had ZERO anxiety when I left for my trip, knowing that she was in charge of my animals. She sent me pictures and updates on them every day. They were clearly happy and well taken care of, from the photos. I came home to a very tidy house and relaxed, happy animals. I have asked Becca to start with dog walking for my dogs when I begin a new job in January 2018. I feel incredibly lucky to have found Becca; she will continue to be my first go-to when I am looking for any type of care for my animals. She takes her job EXTREMELY seriously, and treats her clients' pets as if they were her own. She is a gem and anyone who has requested her services will undoubtedly be a repeat client. Becca is the Pet Whisperer. I’ve had multiple sitters and one of my dogs barks intensely when some one new comes over... not so with Becca. When we met, he stopped barking after a couple of minutes and just quietly hung out with us as we chatted. My cat will hide for multiple days before coming out to greet a new sitter... not so with Becca. She sent me pics of him hanging out and cuddling the first day she stayed over. Quite amazing.

She is extremely thorough, caring and very focused on my pets safety. She sends regular updates and a lot of pictures, which is great for me. I can’t get enough.
